My Time With Western Illinois University Football Team

 


    As my time with the WIU Football team comes to an end, I would like to thank all the coaches for allowing me to travel with the team for some of the away games. It was something I never got to do as a college student. It was exciting to experience the hotel life of some of our away game. I get to walk on the field at all of the games but being on the Indiana University's (a Big 10 school) field
was something else. I am so happy for these experiences and to sharpen my camera skills. This will definitely go on my resume.

WIU Logos Over The Years

             This picture is on the back of a trailer located at Handson Feild. I took a picture of the trailer when I was walking to film football practice. I decided to look up when these logos were used, and it was harder than I thought it would be to find that information. But after a few hours of research, I was able to find out the years. I personally love learning about the history of WIU. I would love to know the vibe and experience the students had back in the day. I imagine how the school would look when those logos were the face for WIU. My grandpa went to WIU form 1964-68s, and I think during Thanksgiving this year I'll ask him how the school, sport, and party life was while he was at WIU.
